Army of the Potomac
Monthly Report
Gentlemen:
Having taken command of the AoP in December I held an email muster
and wish to report the strength of the AoP as
I Corps - 9 officers
II Corps - 8 officers
V Corps - 12 officers
In addition there are 2 officers returning from Hospital who are not assigned pending the
reorganization of the army giving the AoP a current strength of 32 officers present for duty.
Also there are currently 14 officers in Hospital and 10 other officers who have not replied
to any of my emails who will be moved to Hospital at the end of January.
In the coming month I hope to have the officers of the AoP vote on which 2 corps are to be kept
in service as well as find corps and division commanders as needed and complete the reorganization of the army.
Having gone over the records for the AoP for 2009 I hereby submit this end of year report.
During 2009 the officers of the AoP were engaged in 184 battles, achieving 61 victories against 80 defeats.
I would like to recommend Col. Roger Metcalf for a Kearny Cross,
his 2009 record of 8-1-1 is the best in the AoP for last year.
Col. Jerry White, who's 5-2-1 record is the second best in the AoP for the
year will be awarded the Sheridan Combat Medal at our February parade.
The following officers will be awarded the Combat Badge, their total of 63 battles between
them amounts to 1/3 of the actions for the AoP in 2009.
Lt.Gen. Dwight McBride
Maj.Gen. David Groce
Brig.Gen. Sandy O'Neil
I would also like to request that
Col. Phillip Mouledous
Col. Tom Brewster
Having achieved the necessary OBD points be recommended to the Cabinet
for promotion to Brigadier General.
Respectfully submitted,
Gen Ken Miller
Commander,
