AotP Monthly Report
November 2017

Army of the Potomac

Monthly Report

Gentlemen:

For November the AotP completed 3 battles, for a record of 0-0-0-1-2 making the army record for 2017 15-1-8-5-7.
Provided we don't lose 4 battles more than we win in December the AotP can record it's second straight year with a winning record.

OOB Changes
1st Lt. Walt Dortch arrived from the Academy and was assigned to 5/2/V.
Maj. Gen. Osborne is in the process of a reorganization of the AotP.
I expect there will be a lot of changes to report next month.

Awards
No awards earned in November, however in going over the AotP records I discovered Lt. Gen. Mcbride was eligible for a JTS Overland Ribbon having recorded 5 Major Victories in that engine.

Promotions
Brig. Gen. Alvin Baker finally received his first star after waiting 9 months to get Cabinet approval, partially due to the multiple changes in AotP Army command.

Preparations for my retirement in January have been made. My biggest regret is I am increasing the workload of Gen. Meyer as he has informed me he will be maintaining the AotP webpages when I leave until another Chief of Staff can be found. Anyone with a basic knowledge of html who is interested in taking over the Chief of Staff position can contact myself, Gen. Osborne or Gen. Meyer for further information.

Respectfully submitted,

Gen. Ken Miller
Chief of Staff
AotP
