Monthly Report

Gentlemen:

For the month of July the AotP completed 13 battles for a record of 3-1-4-0-5, returning the AotP to a losing record for July and making the army record 25-11-24-9-38 for the year..

OOB Changes
Brig. Gen. Michael Osborne was relieved of command of 6/1/I and assigned to command I Corps.
Gen. Mark Oakford reassigned to command 2/1/I.
Lieutenant Billy Hart was moved to the Reserve/Retired List.

Awards
Maj. Christian Hecht, 3/I receives a 1st Bull Run Ribbon for his victory in Game 14May21881
Col. James Foster receives a Rappahannock Ribbon for his victory in Game 13Feb20711

Promotions
Lt. Christian Hecht promoted to Captain, then to Major.
Lt. Phillip Messier 5/2/1 is eligible for promotion to Captain, he needs to go to the DoR to start the process.
Lt. Mark Davis is eligible for promotion to Captain, he needs to go to the DoR to start the process.
