Gentlemen:
For the month of September the AotP completed 11 battles for a record of 1-1-3-1-5, continuing the army's losing record and making the army record
27-12-27-10-45 for the year..

Awards
Brig.Gen. Michael Osborne is awarded a Kennesaw Chase Ribbon for his Major Victory in Game 14Aug21999
Lt. Colonel Christian Hecht's 3 Major Victories being half the army total for the quarter is awarded the Combat Badge Medal.
Promotions
Col. David Stotsenburgh was promoted to Brigadier General.
Maj. Christian Hecht was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel.
Col. Sean Turner is eligible for promotion to Brigadier General and is awaiting action by the Cabinet.
Lt. Mark Davis is eligible for promotion to Captain, he needs to go to the DoR to start the process.
